Shipping Policy

The Doodle Duo is a brand owned and operated by NIB Project Consulting LLC.

Every item is made especially for you after your order is placed. Because our products are produced on demand, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before they are shipped.

During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been produced and shipped.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method selected, and the products included in your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages. This can happen when products are manufactured at different fulfillment facilities or become available at different times.

You will not be charged additional shipping beyond what was shown during checkout.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • High seasonal demand
  • Other circumstances outside our control

We appreciate your patience if these situations arise.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet entered production, we’ll do our best to update it.

Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.
