The Doodle Duo Store Refund & Return Policy

At The Doodle Duo, every item is made especially for you once you place your order. Because our products are printed on demand, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we create something just for your pack.

Returns

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or style.
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
  • Minor variations in color that may occur due to different screen settings.

Please review all product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’re happy to help.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost whenever appropriate.

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We’ll work with our fulfillment partner and shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the best resolution.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Return Instructions

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

If a return is approved, we’ll provide the appropriate return instructions and return address. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
